April 25, 2013 PSE MEMORANDUM NO. CN-0014-13 TO : The Investing Public SUBJECT : San Miguel Properties, Inc. Order to Delist Please be informed that the Board of Directors of the Exchange, in its regular meeting held on April 24, 2013, granted the Petition for Voluntary Delisting filed by San Miguel Properties, Inc. (the "Company") and accordingly ordered the delisting of the shares of the Company from the Official Registry of the Exchange (electronic board and ticker) effective May 6, 2013. Subject to the payment of the required voluntary delisting fee, the Company's shares shall no longer be tradable effective May 6, 2013, Monday. For your information and guidance. (SGD.) HANS B.
