Order to Delist Further to Memorandum CN No. 2012-0011 concerning the approval of the Petition for Voluntary Delisting filed by Digital Telecommunications Phils., Inc. (the "Company"), please be informed that the Company has complied with the requirements under the Voluntary Delisting Rules of the Exchange, including the payment of the voluntary delisting fee.
