CN-0010-12 TO : The Investing Public SUBJECT : Chinatrust (Philippines) Commercial Bank Corporation Order to Delist Further to Memorandum CN - No. 2012-0008 concerning the approval of the Petition for Voluntary Delisting filed by Chinatrust (Philippines) Commercial Bank Corporation (the "Company"), please be informed that the Company has complied with the requirements under the Voluntary Delisting Rules of the Exchange, including payment of the voluntary delisting fee.
