CN-0008-12 TO : The Investing Public SUBJECT : Chinatrust (Philippines) Commercial Bank Corporation Order to Delist In view of the Petition for Voluntary Delisting filed by Chinatrust (Philippines) Commercial Bank Corporation (the "Company"), please be informed that the Board of Directors of the Exchange, in its regular meeting held on February 8, 2012 granted the said Petition and accordingly ordered the delisting of the shares of the Company from the Official Registry of the Exchange (electronic board and ticker) effective February 24, 2012. Subject to the payment of the required voluntary delisting fee, the Company's shares shall no longer be tradable effective February 24, 2012, Friday . For your information and guidance. (SGD.)
