Membership in the PSE Foundation

January 15, 2013 PSE MEMORANDUM NO. CN-0002-13 TO : All Trading Participants SUBJECT : Membership in the PSE Foundation This is with reference to membership in the Philippine Stock Exchange Foundation, Inc. (the "Foundation"), a non-stock and non-profit organization that seeks to support charitable, educational, and social welfare undertakings and contribute to the development of the equities market by sponsoring programs and activities aimed at developing the domestic stock market. Under the By-laws of the Foundation, persons who have a keen interest or stake in the development of the capital market may apply for membership in the Foundation. Accordingly, all Trading Participants are encouraged to apply for membership by submitting a duly accomplished Membership Application Form, a copy of which is attached hereto as Annex "A". Membership Application Forms may be submitted to the office of the PSE Foundation at 2/F PSE Plaza, Ayala Avenue, Makati City. Scanned copies of the accomplished Membership Application Form may also be sent via electronic mail to [emailprotected].
