January 3, 2012 PSE MEMORANDUM NO. CN-0002-12 SUBJECT : Sector Reclassification of Two Companies Please be informed that effective 11 January 2012 (Wednesday), the sector and/or subsector classification of the following companies shall be changed: Current New Company Symbol Sector/Subsector Sector/Subsector Classification Classification Boulevard Holdings, Inc. BHI Services- Services- Information Hotel & Leisure Technology Philippine Tobacco Flue- TFC Industrial- Property Curing and Redrying Food Beverage & Corporation Tobacco The said reclassification is the result of a review of the companies' financial statements for the years 2008 to 2010. SCIacA Under the PSE Sector Classification Guide, a company shall be classified to the sector and subsector that closely describes the business activity which generates at least 60% or more of the company's revenue.
