Revised Deadlines for Submission of Structured Reportorial Requirements

January 5, 2012 PSE MEMORANDUM NO. CN-0002-12 TO : The Investing Public and Trading Participants SUBJECT : Revised Deadlines for Submission of Structured Reportorial Requirements As announced in Memorandum CN-No. 2012-0003 dated January 3, 2012, the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC" or the "Commission"), in a letter dated December 22, 2011, advised the Exchange that the SEC approved the amendments to the PSE Rule on Minimum Public Ownership. The Commission approved, among others, the following amendments: cCTaSH xxx xxx xxx "(f) Listed companies shall disclose within fifteen (15) calendar days after the end of each quarter a public ownership report. xxx xxx xxx (Emphasis supplied.) In view thereof and pursuant to the Structured Continuing Disclosure Requirements for Listed Companies of the Exchange, please be advised of the revised deadlines for submission of the following reports, particularly on the deadline for submission of public ownership reports: A.
