October 30, 1998 PSE MEMO FOR BROKERS NO. 509-98 SUBJECT : Letter of Securities and Exchange Commission Regarding License Renewal of Branch Offices Pursuant to the letter of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) received on October 28, 1998, please be informed that the application for renewal of licenses of branch offices shall be from November 2 to December 2, 1998. The same shall be made by filing three (3) copies of duly accomplished SEC Form 19-BOR and payment of P2,500.00 plus legal research fee (1% of the renewal fee or P10.00, whichever is higher). Applications filed beyond the prescribed period shall be treated as original and the corresponding fee therefore, which is double the renewal fee, shall be charged. Copies of SEC Form 19-BOR are available at the Brokers and Exchanges Department, 6/F SEC Building, EDSA, Mandaluyong City.
