Quoted hereunder is a notice from ING BARING SECURITIES ( PHILS .), INC . received on October 9, 1998: ". . . please be informed that the following employees shall no longer be connected with ING Baring Securities (Philippines), Inc. ("ING Barings) effective November 5, 1998. However, effective October 6, 1998 said employees are no longer authorized to enter into any transaction for and in behalf of ING Barings: 1. JULIETA B.
