October 14, 1998 PSE MEMO FOR BROKERS NO. 485-98 SUBJECT : Letter of ING Barring Securities (Phils.), Inc. Quoted hereunder is a notice from ING BARING SECURITIES ( PHILS .), INC . received on October 9, 1998: ". . . please be informed that MR. LUIS A. HILADO, our Research Analyst, shall no longer be connected with ING Baring Securities (Philippines), Inc. ("ING Barings) effective January 4, 1999. However, effective October 6, 1998 Mr. Hilado is no longer authorized to enter into any transaction for and in behalf of ING Barings. A clearance will be issued after due fulfillment of the requirements contained in his employment contract, and those requirements forming part of the internal policy of ING Barings.
