Yasay Jr. of Securities and Exchange Commission and is quoted hereunder as follows: "Please be informed that the PhilSEC Institute will conduct a 3-day Training/Review Course for Prospective Stockbrokers/Salesmen on November 24, 25 & 26, 1999 at the Horizon Edsa Hotel (formerly: Byron Edsa Hotel), Boni Avenue corner Edsa, Mandaluyong City. The seminar fee is Php 4,000.00 inclusive of lunch, snacks and seminar materials. Check payments shall be made payable to PhilSEC Institute. A refund shall be allowed only if our office is informed by a prospective participant of his/her non-attendance on or before November 19, 1999 (Friday). Registration forms are available at the Markets and Exchanges Division, BED, 6/F, SEC Building.
