November 9, 1999 PSE MEMO FOR BROKERS NO. 380-99 SUBJECT : Year 2000 Statement Please be reminded that per SEC-BED Memorandum Circular No. 03 series of 1999, the deadline for the submission of the Year 2000 Statement Report as of 31 October 1999 is on Monday, 15 November 1999. Further, please be informed that per advice of the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC), brokers who have already declared their state of readiness/compliance in their previous Report are also required to submit the Y2K Statement Report specifying whether or not they have made any changes thereon.
