October 22, 1999 PSE MEMO FOR BROKERS NO. 361-99 SUBJECT : MCI Holdings, Inc . As of date hereof, MIC Holdings, Inc. ("MET") is not in compliance with the structured reportorial requirements of the Exchange for failure to pay its basic and daily fines due to late submission of its Quarterly Report using SEC Form 11-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 1999. MET is currently suspended for its failure to also pay its basic and daily fines due to late submission of its Quarterly Report using SEC Form 11-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 1999 and Annual Report using SEC Form 11-A for the period ended December 31, 1998.
