August 31, 1999 PSE MEMO FOR BROKERS NO. 315-99 SUBJECT : Survey on Industry and Sectoral Classification of Listed Stocks The PSE Research Department is currently doing a study on the industry reclassification of listed companies with a view of coming out with a classification system that would improve uniformity, consistency and comparability of market data, thus, increase its usefulness for analyses and studies.
