August 26, 1999 PSE MEMO FOR BROKERS NO. 311-99 SUBJECT : Primetown Property Group, Inc . As of date hereof, Primetown Property Group, Inc. ("PMT") is not in compliance with the structured reportorial requirements of the Exchange for failure to pay the basic and daily fines in connection with its late submission of its Quarterly Report using SEC Form 11-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 1999. In view thereof, the Exchange shall consider implementing a trading halt on the shares of PMT on Thursday, September 2, 1999, unless compliance with the structured reportorial requirements of the Exchange is made on or before September 1, 1999.
