July 6, 1998 PSE MEMO FOR BROKERS NO. 302-98 SUBJECT : Submission of Reserve Requirement Computation of Brokers and Dealers This has reference to paragraph (d) of the RSA Rule 24 (b) 2 requiring every broker or dealer to maintain with a bank a "Special Reserve Bank Account for the Exclusive Benefit of Customers". Please be reminded that the deadline for the quarterly submission of the reserve requirement computations (which must be done either weekly or monthly) is within fifteen (15) days after the end of each quarter . aisadc One copy of the report must be submitted to the Compliance Audit Department of the Compliance and Surveillance Group.
