("WHI") is not in compliance with the structured reportorial requirements of the Exchange for failure to submit its Annual Report using SEC Form 11-A for the fiscal year ended December 31, 1998 and Quarterly Report using SEC Form 11-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 1999 and pay the corresponding fines. cdll The Exchange, upon recommendation of the Listing Committee and approval by the Board of Governors, shall consider implementing a trading halt on the shares of WHI on Tuesday, July 20, 1999 , unless compliance with the structured reportorial requirements of the Exchange is made on or before July 19, 1999.
