July 13, 1999 PSE MEMO FOR BROKERS NO. 240-99 SUBJECT : Primetown Property Group Inc . As of date hereof, Primetown Property Group, Inc. ("PMT") is not in compliance with the structured reportorial requirements of the Exchange for failure to submit its Quarterly Report using SEC Form 11-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 1999 and pay the corresponding fines. The Exchange, upon recommendation of the Listing Committee and approval by the Board of Governors, shall consider implementing a trading halt on the shares of PMT on Tuesday, July 20, 1999 , unless compliance with the structured reportorial requirements of the Exchange is made on or before July 19, 1999.
