Martin of SEC Brokers and Exchanges Department and is quoted hereunder as follows: "Please be informed that the PhilSEC Institute will conduct a 3-day Training/Review Course for Prospective Stockbrokers/Salesmen on July 28-30, 1999 at the Horizon Edsa Hotel (formerly: Byron Edsa Hotel), Boni Avenue corner Edsa, Mandaluyong City. A refund shall be allowed only if our office is informed by a prospective participant of his/her non-attendance on or before July 23, 1999 (Friday).
