June 24, 1999 PSE MEMO FOR BROKERS NO. 209-99 SUBJECT : Amendment to the Rules and Regulations Governing Membership in the Philippine Stock Exchange Please be informed that upon recommendation of the Membership Committee; the Board of Governors, in its regular meeting held on June 23, 1999. approved the imposition of ten thousand pesos (P10,000.00) branch office application fee amending Article V, Section 15 of the Membership Rules and Regulations.
