The table of contents of each book is therefore divided into principal topics with the corresponding page (Book No. III, Listing & Disclosure Rules, Initial Public Offering, Page 10). For specific statutory and legal reference, the PSE Rule Book may be referred in the following sequence: 1) Volume No. 2) Article No. 3) Section No. 4) Page No. For example: Volume III, Article III, Section 2, Page 10 refers to Listing & Disclosure Rules, Initial Public Offerings (IPO), Minimum Offering to the Public, page 10.
