May 13, 1999 PSE MEMO FOR BROKERS NO. 178-99 SUBJECT : Penalty for Smoking within PSE Premises Please be informed that upon recommendation of the Membership Committee, the Board of Governors, in its regular meeting held on May 12, 1999, approved the increase of penalty on smoking within PSE premises from one thousand pesos (P1,000.00) for anyone caught with lighted cigarette within PSE premises, as contained in Circular No. 195 dated September 26, 1997, to ten thousand pesos (P10,000.00).
