April 23, 1998 PSE MEMO FOR BROKERS NO. 177-98 SUBJECT : New IDs for Trading Floor Personnel Please be informed that the PSE trading floor IDs are due to be changed. In view of this, all trading floor personnel are requested to submit two (2) copies of latest 1 x 1 photo and an accomplished Personnel Information Sheet to the Membership Department , not later than Monday, May 4, 1998. The effectivity of the new IDs shall be on Monday, May 18, 1998. The old IDs shall not be honored thereafter. Please be guided accordingly. (SGD.) RAFAEL L. LLAVE Chief Operating Officer
