March 24, 2000 PSE MEMO FOR BROKERS NO. 084-00 SUBJECT : Submission of List of Beneficial Owners of BW Resources Shares Further to our Memo for Brokers No. 82-2000 on the submission of the list of Beneficial Owners of BW Resources shares transacted during the period July to December 1999, please be advised that the Committee on Banks, Financial Institutions and Currencies on PS Res. No. 609, has acceded to our request for a three-day extension within which to complete the submission. llcd We therefore advise those who have not yet submitted and those who have submitted partial report that they have until Wednesday, 29 March 2000, within which to comply. Please submit your reports by 12:00 noon to enable us prepare the necessary transmittal.
