Further to Memo for Brokers No. 26-2000 dated January 24, 2000 pertaining to Universal Rightfield Property Holdings, Inc.'s ("UP") non-compliance with the structured reportorial requirements of the Exchange, please be informed that UP has already paid the basic fine for late submission of its Quarterly report, using SEC Form 11-Q, for the quarter ended September 30, 1999.
