January 24, 2000 PSE MEMO FOR BROKERS NO. 026-00 SUBJECT : Universal Rightfield Property Holdings, Inc . As of date hereof, Universal Rightfield Property Holdings, Inc. ("UP") is not in compliance with the structured reportorial requirements of the Exchange for failure to pay the basic and daily fines in connection with the late submission of its Quarterly report using SEC Form 11-Q for the quarter ended September 30,1999. Pursuant to Circular for Brokers No. 447-99 dated March 10, 1999, the Exchange shall consider issuing trading suspension on the shares of UP on Monday, January 31, 2000, unless compliance with the structured reportorial requirements is made on or before January 28, 1999.
