January 14, 1999 PSE MEMO FOR BROKERS NO. 025-99 SUBJECT : Letter of Vantage Securities Corporation The Exchange is in receipt of a letter from Mr. Rio Sensinado E. Venturanza of Vantage Securities Corporation and is quoted hereunder as follows: "Please be advised that, except for Ms. Hywel P. Angeles who has a pending labor case docketed as NLRC-NCR Case No. 00-06-04705-98, all former employees of Vantage Securities Corp. ("Company") have submitted to the Company the pertinent clearance requirements covering all transactions arising from their trading operations with the Company.
