Further to Memo for Brokers No. 241-99 dated July 13, 1999, pertaining to Wise Holdings, Inc.'s ("WHI") failure to submit the SEC Form 11-A for the fiscal year ended December 31, 1998, SEC Form 11-Q for the quarters ended March 31, 1999 and June 30, 1999, please be informed that WHI has already submitted the said reports and paid all the fines with the Exchange on January 19, 2000.
