March 20, 2012 PSE MEMO FOR BROKERS NO. 01-0312 FOR : All Clearing Members SUBJECT : Revision of Settlement Dates in Observance of Maundy Thursday, Good Friday and Araw ng Kagitingan Please be reminded of the revision of the settlement schedules for transaction dates April 02-04, 2012 in view of the holidays on April 05, 2012 (Holy Thursday), April 06, 2012 (Good Friday) and April 09, 2012 (a regular holiday in celebration of Araw ng Kagitingan): Transaction Date Settlement/Delivery Date 02 April 2012 10 April 2012 03 April 2012 11 April 2012 04 April 2012 12 April 2012 Transactions to be effected on April 10, 2012 and onwards shall follow their regular settlement dates. Please reflect the necessary adjustments upon entering the relevant instructions for your settlement in the CCCS, as well as for your non-exchange transactions in the PDTC eCS necessary for your CCCS settlement.
