January 14, 1998 PSE MEMO FOR BROKERS NO. 003-98 FOR : All Member-Firms FROM : The President SUBJECT : Requirement of All Member-Firms to Appoint their Official Spokesperson The Board of Governors, in its regular meeting held on Wednesday, December 10, 1997, resolved to require all member-firms to appoint and submit to the Exchange their respective official spokespersons to ensure that only duly-authorized individuals will issue remarks and statements on their company's behalf.
