January 3, 2000 PSE MEMO FOR BROKERS NO. 001-00 SUBJECT : MIC Holding Corporation Further to Circular for Brokers No. 361-99 dated October 22, 1999, pertaining to MIC Holdings, Inc.'s ("MET") failure to submit the-SEC Form 11-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 1999 and non-payment of fines, please be informed that MET has already submitted the said report including the SEC Form 11-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 1999, and paid all the fines with the- Exchange on December 28, 1999.
