October 29, 1997 PSE LISTING CIRCULAR NO. 194-97 SUBJECT : Disclosure Requirement for Listed Companies with Existing Government Contracts and/or Franchises EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The following is the additional disclosure requirement for listed companies with existing government contracts and/or franchises, approved and adopted by the Board of Governors: aisadc Submission of Regular Reports for All Listed Companies with Existing Government Contracts and/or Franchises "All listed companies with existing government contracts and/or franchises should submit regular reports to the Exchange reflecting the status of its compliance with the provisions of said contracts and/or franchises."
