May 12, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 994-98 SUBJECT : Anglo Philippines Corporation Anglo Philippine Holdings Corporation ("APO") informed the Exchange in a letter dated May 6, 1998 that the Securities and Exchange Commission approved on May 4, 1998 the following amendments to the Articles of Incorporation: 1. Article V, reflecting the increase of the number of directors to eleven (11); and 2. Article VI, incorporating a provision denying any pre-emptive rights to stockholders. cdt For your information.
