The share price increased by 48.15% from P0.1350 to P0.20 per share. We are not aware of any material information that may affect the value and trading of the said shares. We are aware, however, that an offer to purchase MBC shares at P0.20 had been posted in the Philippine Stock Exchange Index for several days prior to this transaction.
