Garcia Head, Listings Group Compliance Monitoring SUBJECT : Postponement of Annual Stockholders' Meeting Gentlemen : At the special meeting of the Board of Directors of PDCP Development Bank held yesterday afternoon, it was decided to postpone the scheduled annual meeting of its stockholders on May 29, 1998 to another date to be determined at the next Board meeting. The Bank's external auditor, Sycip Gorres Velayo & Co. has not yet finished its audit of the Illegible portion of PSE files the Bank could not finalize the Information Statement to be submitted to the SEC for its approval before sending it the stockholders at least 15 business days before the meeting. cdlex Very truly yours, (SGD.)
