("the Corporation") hereby apprises you that at a special meeting held yesterday, 4 May 1998, the Board of Directors of the Corporation appointed Low Siaw Peng as Treasurer, to take the place of Alex Chan Kwok Yin who tendered his resignation effective on 15 April 1998.
