May 7, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 975-98 SUBJECT : Benpres Holdings Corporation Further to Circular No. 750-98 dated April 22, 1998, Benpres Holdings Corporation ("BPC") informed the Exchange in a letter dated May 5, 1998 that the Securities and Exchange Commission approved on April 28, 1998 the postponement of the holding of its Annual Stockholders' Meeting from May 6, 1998 to May 27, 1998 . Said meeting will be held at 2:30 p.m. at the Studio 1 ABS-CBN Broadcasting Centre Complex, Sgt. Esguerra Avenue corner Mother Ignacia, Quezon City.
