("HI") furnished the Exchange on May 5, 1998 a copy of SEC Form 34-A (Definitive Proxy Statement) in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on Monday, June 1, 1998 , at 2:30 p.m., at the Rigodon Ballroom, Manila Peninsula Hotel, Ayala Avenue corner Makati Avenue, Makati City. The agenda for the meeting shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order 2. Proof of Notice and Certification of a quorum 3. Approval of the Minutes of the Annual Meeting of the Stockholders held on June 2, 1997 4. Approval of the Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements for 1997 5.
