Garcia Head, Listing Department Gentlemen : In compliance with the existing rules of the Exchange, please be informed that in a special meeting of the Board of Directors of Filinvest Land, Incorporated (the "Corporation") held on May 3, 1999, the Board of Directors has resolved to postpone the Annual Meeting of Stockholders scheduled on May 21, 1999 to May 26, 1999 at 9:00 a.m. in view of the failure of our external auditors to submit its report of the Company on time.
