(Digitel) Further to Circular No. 810-98 dated April 24, 1998, Digital Telecommunications Phils., Inc. ("DGTL") furnished the Exchange on May 4, 1998 a copy of SEC Form 34-C (Definitive Information Statement) in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on May 26, 1998 , at 10:00 a.m., at the Manila Galleria Suites, Quezon City.
