("KSI") furnished the Exchange on May 4, 1998 a copy of SEC Form 34-C (Definitive Information Statement) in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on May 23, 199 8, at 10:00 a.m., at the Garden Hall C, Dusit Hotel Nikko, Ayala Center, Makati City.
