Item 9 Other Events Approval by the Stockholders on April 29, 1998 of the Amendment of the Articles of Incorporation to include in its Secondary Purpose the operation of a tourist car service. This amendment is being required by the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) for a franchise to operate tourist cars to be used by Manila Galleria Suites, a division of the Corporation.
