Ong Listing and Disclosures Gentlemen : We disclose that at a special meeting held today, 5 May 1998, the Board of Directors of Baguio Gold Holdings Corporation resolved to postpone the Annual Stockholders' Meeting of the Corporation which, per the Amended By-Laws of the Corporation should be held on the second Tuesday of May, or on 12 May 1998, since the Audited Financial Statements of the Corporation have just been completed recently and there is not enough time to distribute the same to the stockholders of the Corporation. cdlex Very truly yours, (SGD.)
