May 5, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 931-98 SUBJECT : Consolidated Insurance Company, Inc . Further to Circular No. 725-98 dated April 20, 1998, Consolidated Insurance Company, Inc. ("CON") furnished the Exchange on April 30, 1998 a copy of SEC Form 34-C (Amended Preliminary Information Statement) in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on May 22, 1998 , at 2:00 p.m., at the Makati Sports Club, Alfaro Street, Salcedo Village, Makati City. As previously announced, stockholders of record as of May 2, 1998 are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, said meeting.
