May 5, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 929-98 SUBJECT : Lorenzo Shipping Corporation Further to Circular No. 716-98 dated April 20, 1998, Lorenzo Shipping Corporation ("LSC") furnished the Exchange on April 30, 1998 a copy of SEC Form 34-C (Definitive Information Statement) in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on May 26, 1998 , at 8:00 a.m., at the Century Park Sheraton Hotel, Manila. As previously announced, stockholders of record as of April 27, 1998 are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, said meeting.
