Release of Lock-Up Further to Listing Circular No. 65 dated March 12, 1997, please be informed that the Exchange has authorized the release of 340,000,000 common shares of Premiere Entertainment Productions, Inc. held in escrow pursuant to the lock-up provision of the Listing Rules effective May 5, 1998.
