April 29, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 923-99 SUBJECT : Asian Terminals , Inc . Further to Circular for Brokers No. 814-99 dated April 20, 1999, Asian Terminals Inc. ("ATI") furnished the Exchange a copy of its SEC Form 34-A (Definitive Proxy Statement), in connection with its Special Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on May 24 , 1999 , at 2:00 P.M. at the Harana Ballroom of the Hyatt Regency Hotel on Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City. As previously announced, stockholders of record at the close of business on May 3 , 1999 are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, said meeting.
