Listings Group RE : SM Development Corporation Dear Sirs: This is to advise that the board of directors of SM Development Corporation (the "Corporation") approved at its regular board meeting held on April 28, 1999 a cash dividend of Ten percent (10%) or ten centavos (P0.10) per share in favor of all stockholders of record as of May 28, 1999 payable on or before June 28, 1999. This is to further advise that at the regular annual stockholders meeting of the Corporation held on April 28, 1999, the following stockholders were elected directors of the Corporation to serve for the period 1999-2000 and until their successors shall have been duly elected and qualified: aisadc HENRY SY, SR.
