April 28, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 914-99 SUBJECT : JG Summit Holdings, Inc. Additional Listing The Exchange approved on April 22, 1998 the 1:2 Stock Rights Offering of JG SUMMIT HOLDINGS, INC. (the "Company") to offer 2,060,921,728 common shares, with a par value of P1.00 per share, at an offer price of P2.00 per share to stockholders of record as of May 15, 1998. LibLex The first tranche offering, consisting of 515,230,468 common shares was listed on August 3, 1998 per Circular Number 1773-98 dated July 30, 1998. The second tranche offering, consisting of 514,832,703 common shares was listed on February 3, 1999 per Circular Number 135-99 dated January 26, 1999. In view of these events, the Exchange is now listing an additional 397 , 717 common shares with a par value of P1 . 00 per , share, to cover the delinquent shares which were sold via public auction on April 19 , 1999 .
