April 28, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 899-99 April 27, 1999 Philippine Stock Exchange PSE Building Exchange Road Ortigas Center Pasig City Attention: Disclosure Department Listing and Disclosure Group Gentlemen : In compliance with our Listing Agreement, we wish to advise that the Annual Meeting of Stockholders of the Company which is scheduled to be held on May 11, 1999 (the second Tuesday of May as provided for in the Company's By-laws) has been postponed to June 29, 1999 (Tuesday) at 4:00 P.M. to be held at the Dusit Hotel Nikko, Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. The Board of Directors of the Company has fixed the close of business on May 10, 1999 as the record date for the determination of stockholders entitled to notice of and to vote at said Annual Meeting.
